Referral Disclosure
Last updated: May 2026
At VisaClarity Australia, transparency is central to our values. This Referral Disclosure explains how our website is funded and how we coordinate with registered migration professionals.
1. Our Referral Model
VisaClarity Australia is a free education resource. We do not charge users to read our visa subclass summaries, use our calculators, or join our referral waitlists.
To maintain this service, we partner with independent, MARA-registered migration agents and legal practitioners. When you request an introduction via our form and subsequently sign a professional agreement with an agent, the agent may pay us a **referral fee or commission**.
2. No Extra Charge to You
The referral fees we receive are paid directly by the partner agent from their standard marketing or operational budgets. **This referral arrangement does not increase the fee charged to you by the agent.** The fee schedule you receive from a referred agent will be the same as if you approached them independently.
3. Vetting of Agents
We only refer users to practitioners whose registration status with the **Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)** is checked and active at the time of the referral. We do not partner with unregistered agencies, student education recruiters who provide unregistered advice, or overseas agencies operating outside Australian consumer laws.
4. Independent Choice
You are under no obligation to use our referral services. You can search, contact, and contract with any registered migration professional independently using the official, public search directory at **mara.gov.au/search-the-register**.
5. Conflict of Interest Management
To manage potential conflicts of interest, we require all partner agents to disclose their registration numbers (MARN) and provide transparent cost estimates before you commit to their services. We do not influence visa strategies, write applications, or advise you on which registered agent to select. The decision to hire a professional is entirely yours.
